To ensure that you are not impacted by the decision we are:
Fulfilling training commitments with socially distanced safe courses until the 28th August
Providing full refunds for anybody whose training we or partners cannot complete
Placing apprentices with alternative providers to complete their apprenticeship
Contacting individual learners and employers to notify them of their options to complete portfolios. This includes internal and external verification so that portfolios can be taken and used elsewhere if needed.
Offering delegates the opportunity to collect their portfolio until February 2021, when unclaimed portfolios will be destroyed.
We retain a dedicated email address training@generationuk.co.uk and ongoing support for any enquiries or questions relating to past delegates.
