Generation Hire and Sale Newcastle was approached by their client to provide staging for events that were being held in the UAE. Following meetings in Germany, England and the UAE and many telephone conversations, the first order was approved in November 2016. The project required stock that was quick and easy to erect in short timescales, it was agreed that Futuro was the best product to use due to its versatility and time-saving mechanisms.
As a company, the Generation Hire & Sale team performed perfectly. Once the order had been received at the Newcastle Branch, Generation Export handled the entire process from the ordering of containers through to delivery to the client’s site in the UAE. As well as sorting the safe transportation of the stock, Generation Export also ensured all the legal documentation for the shipping of the stock was compliant to regulations; ensuring our client received a swift and hassle-free experience.
The client required their equipment to be manufactured to meet certain specifications. In order to meet deadlines and ensure the specification was met, the Newcastle branch was regularly in contact with our factory Altrad Plettac in Germany to gather the exact dates for the delivery of the Futuro to ensure a seamless transaction for the client.
Generation Newcastle has since secured 2 further orders with the client and look forward to many more exciting projects as they build their relationship.
