Generation Hire & Sale are pleased to have received the first 5 of 11 new XT Rigids trucks which will be based at Stockport, Newcastle, Leeds, Glasgow and Edinburgh. Generation Hire & Sale has developed a long-standing positive relationship with supplier Keltruck and Scania Group.
The trucks have been put together for both urban and off-road applications in mind along with driver safety and comfort. They are powered by the 9ltr SCR Only Engine linked to the 2 Pedal Opticruise with 3 Driving Modes.
The CP17N Day Cab is the largest in its class and comes with the city-window for urban deliveries and has been given a 3 star safety rating to comply with TFL. Whilst the chassis is equipped with Full Air Suspension for Off Road work, plus Axle Load Display on the instrument cluster. All trucks have been supplied with a 7 year Full R&M Contract.
