On Wednesday 18th April Generation Bristol opened their doors to demonstrate to their customers how Generation can help transform business and profits with an interactive open day presenting scaffold, access and non-mechanical plant equipment.
Generation Hire & Sale has had a presence in Bristol for more than 20 years, having recently moved to a new 3 acre site making it the largest hire and sale facility in the Southwest, the branch is ideally positioned just off of the M32 & M4 meaning since it’s relocation it has been able to improve both its product range and the service it can offer due to excellent motorway links.
After months of planning and hard work, the day was a brilliant success, with glorious sunshine and large numbers of both existing customers and new prospective clients. It was the perfect opportunity for customers to come and meet the team, see the products and explore how we at Generation can add value and support to there businesses.
The day consisted of demonstrations and support for Altrad Futuro System Scaffold, Generation UNI Roof, Traffic Management and Altrad Training Solutions. Generation pulled support from all areas of the Altrad group and dedicated suppliers to make the day as knowledgeable and valuable as possible for customers. Also, not to forget the branch put on an excellent an array of light refreshments!
On the day:
The Altrad Futuro demonstration was supported by a member of the Altrad (Generation) training team who were able to inform and support on the fastest moving system scaffold on the market; being 300% quicker to erect compared to Tube and Fitting.
The Generation UNI Roof was demonstrated with two sections of the roof being erected. Altrad DESSA were on hand to offer expert advice to people on the market-leading temporary roof system.
The Altrad Generation Training Solutions training manager was on site to demonstrate how Generation is a one-stop shop by offering training alongside hire and sale products. Altrad (Generation) Training Solutions are accredited in providing training for scaffolding, mobile access towers, low-level access MEWPS and a range of other working at height and H&S courses available either through our bespoke training centre or out at our customer’s locations.
Keep a lookout for future branch open days, as we will be repeating them throughout the country. The next open days are due at the Generation East London branch and Cardiff branch over the summer months!
